TEMPO TRAINING AND CONSULTING, s.r.o. is eminent training and consulting company.

We provide services within following areas:

• training,
• personnel and project consulting;
• preparation and implementation of national and international projects financed from the EU resources;
• outsourcing in the field of human resource management.

TEMPO training center was established in September 1996 in Ostrava. The company got into the market specialized in education, especially in the areas of computer training, management, entrepreneurial, and language courses. Due to the rapid development of our activities in Moravian-Silesian Region, in 1998 we founded training centre in Prague, as well. Training and consulting services for our clients are provided by skilled and professional tutors in both centers.

The chance to cooperate on European projects was the essential turning-point in development of our company. Since 1998 we have participated in the international projects, such as Leonardo da Vinci, Culture 2000, INTI, AGIS. We have also applied our experience in preparation and realization of the projects at national level within the Phare, EQUAL, ESF and ERDF programmes.

In 2006 our company was expanded and we established two cooperating divisions – Training Division and EU Division.

Our experienced and professional team offer precise application form for obtaining grants within the EU Structural funds. It is very important to support our clients during implementation of the project, as well. Thus we perform all administrative activities and monitor correct use of allotted dotation.

The possibility to use the dotations from EU is the big synergic action within the cooperation of the both division. The most important cooperation is in the field of project implementation from ESF programme.

The total company synergy is strengthened by the Human Recourses Division (the internal division as well as Personal Agency).
