Salvati Copiii – Filiala Dolj

The Organization Save the Children – Dolj is a branch of Romanian Save the Children Organization, which is a member of the International Save the Children Alliance.

The mission of the organization is to promote and defend children\'s rights.

The areas of the expertise of the Save the Children Organization are:

• children\'s protection against discrimination, exploitation, violence or other forms of abuse;
• development of programmes aiming to ensure all the conditions necessary for every child to be respected, appreciated;
• activities of research, monitoring and informing about the child\'s rights
• offering assistance for the children being in difficulty: refugee children, abused and neglected or abandoned children, children with disabilities, drug using children, children affected by HIV/AIDS.
